GDPR what's it all about Google

European Union, Privacy, and Google Analytics

If you have a website with Google Analytics installed, you’ve probably received a scary and equally confusing email from Google about something called the GDPR, the General Data Protection Regulation.

Business owners and Internet Marketing persons that sell products or services internationally should be aware of the regulation from the European Union limiting websites from gathering Personal Identification Information. The regulation is seeking to protect the identity citizens of the European Union.

TheGeneral Data Protection Regulation gives individuals in the European Union more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process the information of those individuals.
